USH has released a comprehensive ESG framework document outlining environmental targets, governance standards, and community engagement benchmarks across all divisions.

UsH Industries today publishes its first integrated Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) framework a comprehensive document that codifies our commitments, establishes measurable targets, and creates an accountability structure for sustainable operations across all divisions through 2030.

Why This Matters

Operating in resource extraction, defense, and critical infrastructure brings inherent environmental and social responsibilities. We have always applied internal standards; this framework makes those standards public, measurable, and independently verifiable. Clients, partners, investors, and communities deserve that transparency.

Key Environmental Commitments

  • 100% ISO 14001 certification across active mining sites by end 2025
  • Net-zero Scope 1 & 2 emissions for European operations by 2026
  • 50% reduction in logistics corridor carbon intensity by 2028
  • Group-wide net-zero commitment by 2030

Social & Governance Standards

On the social dimension, the framework establishes a minimum 70% local employment target in operational regions, mandatory community liaison programs, and a grievance mechanism accessible to affected communities. Governance standards include four compliance audits per year, an independent whistleblower channel, and mandatory annual ESG training for all staff.

"We operate in some of the world's most sensitive environments. That demands not less transparency but more of it. This framework is our public contract with the world we work in."

The full ESG Framework document is available to clients, investors, and institutional stakeholders upon request. An annual ESG impact report will be published beginning 2027, benchmarked against the GRI Standards and SASB Mining & Metals framework.
